Please note that retailers are responsible for ensuring employees and customers comply with guidelines and regulations set by the State Government.   Each of our centres across Victoria will continue to operate using COVIDSafe Plans. We recognise the important role we play in operating our centre in accordance with its COVIDSafe Plan and we want our customers, retailers, teams and contractors to continue to support one another.

What are we doing to keep the community safe?

Our focus remains the health, wellbeing and safety of everyone in our centres - our customers, retailers, team members and the broader community.

Of course, we continue to have a range of stringent and protective measures in place including:

  • Physical and digital signage reminding customers to keep a safe distance apart
  • Window signage and floor decals for our retailers to assist with communicating physical distancing measures
  • Floor decals and physical distancing reference points in key areas
  • Increased sanitisation and cleaning of all customer touch points and high traffic areas
  • Hand sanitiser at all entrances, lift lobbies and high traffic locations
  • Heat-mapping to help our team identify any busy zones in our centre
  • Social Distancing Officers in-centre during peak periods, reminding customers of distancing guidelines
  • Regular public announcements centre-wide, communicating distancing expectations
  • Security officers, in high visibility vests, are monitoring our centres, together with supporting local police to enforce social distancing requirements as appropriate
  • Zero tolerance on anti-social or disrespectful behaviour

WHAT WE DO TODAY, CAN DEFINE OUR TOMORROW.

Your comfort and well-being is our main priority. We are taking extra precautions to ensure our centre is clean and hygienic every time you visit.
